Furniture Box generally offers a 10-year warranty on manufacturing defects and manufacturer production faults under normal commercial use.

Warranty overview

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, production faults and structural failures that arise from defects in original components under normal commercial use.

Where a valid claim is accepted, Furniture Box may repair or replace the affected product or component, provide replacement parts, offer a credit or provide another appropriate resolution.

Making a claim

Customers should provide the original order confirmation, invoice or purchase documentation, clear photographs and a written description of the fault.
