Trade customers, staff operations and website content management are kept separate after sign in.

Sign in with the account issued to you
Approved trade buyers go to their customer portal. Furniture Box staff go to the independent Ops control panel. Website administrators can continue to the Payload content backend.

Customers are sent to their account area. Staff roles are sent to Ops automatically.
If your customer login exists but does not show account information, Furniture Box staff need to link it to the approved trade account in Ops.
