Furniture Box delivery arrangements are assessed by order size, route, workload and site access.
Delivery services are available to customer stores, commercial premises and project sites where practical. Each delivery is assessed based on order size, route, workload and access requirements.
Small orders may require pickup, consolidated delivery with other orders, or delivery when scheduling permits.
Customers should confirm parking, loading access, lift access, stairs, narrow passages, site security, induction requirements and any other access restrictions before delivery or installation is booked.
If goods cannot be delivered because access was not available or no authorised recipient was present, re-delivery or failed access charges may apply.
